S.A.S.L. is primarily a men's league for recreational players.  You must be at least twenty-one years old to participate. There are five divisions this season; 21 & Over, 1st & 2nd Divisions, 40 & Over, 1st & 2nd Divisions and 50 & Over, 1st Division.  We play two seasons, Fall (starting in September) and Winter (starting in January).  Each season includes 10 games.

We have been doing this for over twenty years.  The league currently has thirty eight teams.  SASL is affiliated with the USA Soccer Federation/FIFA. If you are interested in playing soccer in the Sacramento area, please let us know.
