Looking for Soccer Adult League Team

28 year old male; recently moved to Sacramento; trying to stay in shape and compete, but I can adjust to any league level that's available.
I've played highly competitive soccer for ~15 years (youth soccer + college soccer) but haven't strapped them up for several years.
I mainly played the 2, 3, 7, and 11 but I can fit in anywhere on the field. If I have to play keeper we will give up a bunch of goals but we'd have a great build-up from the back.
