Looking for an over 50 team

Hi, after about 30 years I am looking for a team again. Back then I use to play on Hellas (the "Greek" team in Sacramento when they had a team). I am looking to play in the over 50 category, preferably Division 3 or 2; I am 57 years old and 5'7" & 160 pounds but have been sitting behind a desk for 30 years so I don't want to play midfield unless absolutely necessary (too much running). Prefer defense or forward (historically most players have difficulty trying to dribble by me), looking to get in shape, not interested in getting injured, it's just a game.
